Curry Bap
Main Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chicken breast
- 3 tbsp peas
- 1 potato (1 cup)
- 1 onion (1 cup)
- 1/2 carrot (1/2 cup)
- 2 cups water
Curry Paste Ingredients:
- 5-6 tbsp Korean Curry Powder
- 1 tbsp water
Directions:
- Cut the potato, onion, carrot and the chicken into half-inch cubes. Prepare 3 tbsp of peas.
- Fry 1 cup of potatoes, 1 cup of onion and 1/2 cup of carrots with 1-2 pinches of salt, until they are almost completely cooked.
- Fry 1/2 cup of chicken with a little bit of salt and black pepper until the chicken is completely cooked.
- In a large pan, add the fried potatoes, onions, carrots and meats.
- Add 2 cups of water and boil it on high.
- Once it start boil, add 3 tbsp of peas and cook for about 5-10 minutes, until the potato has completely cooked.
- In a small bowl, mix 5-6 tbsp of curry powder and 1 tbsp of water.
- Pour the curry paste into the pan and reduce the temperature to medium.
- Cook it about for 5 more minutes and then turn off the heat.
