Korean Raspberry Wine






It is brewed by fermentation in the yellow soil cave, the first in our country where far-infrared ray is emitted, and a long period of maturation using bokbunja (Korean BlackRaspberry) strictly selected only the well ripened in the clean sea wind blown from Chilsan front sea along the west coast and then with yellow soil water.
Yellow soil water (Jijangsu) is prepared by taking up clean yellow soil from 3 metres deep in mountain, which is then refined and added with 1/3 of water from the base rock, being left for 7~10 days, then five steps of water purifying and fine filtering procedure to have good content in the yellow soil water, retain the water by stimulating the molecules in natural state.
Our wine, Gochang West Bokbunjaju, was selected as toast wine for the formal dinner party of APEC in 2005. It was the wine representing Korea.

It was also selected as toast wine 
 1: for the formal event of the 15th anniversary of Korea-China Amity in 2007.
 2: for the formal dinner party of World Arts and Science in 2007.
 3: got the Choice Award of the President Imperial Grant in 2003.
It is also now being used for various events in Cheongwadae (Blue House)-------------------------------------------------------------------------
